The Indoor Arena

Llandarcy Park offers some of the best indoor and outdoor team sporting facilities in Wales. Its Llandarcy Academy of Sport and Learning offers a unique centre and the only one of its kind currently in South West Wales. The indoor grassed training field covers an area in excess of 2700m2 with dimensions of 50 metres wide by 55 long metres and over 10 metres in height.

The Welsh Rugby Union and the Neath–Swansea Ospreys regional rugby team are using the indoor training field extensively as the Academy is supporting the future strategy for the development of rugby in Wales. Combining these two major forces in Welsh rugby with the Sports Science courses promoted by Neath Port Talbot College means that the Academy truly lives up to its name.

In addition to rugby academies, there will be academies for soccer, cricket and netball.

The Academy's indoor and outdoor training fields are available for hire all year round by teams and individuals of all sports, all ages and all abilities. Tailored coaching courses, team training sessions and training camps with accommodation packages are all available.
